Lead data science for Canva's Ecosystem, partnering with Product and Engineering to define measurement, experimentation, and AI evaluation strategies. Drive growth opportunities, set data-informed goals, coach senior data scientists, and surface insights for product and commercial teams.

Design and build accessible interactions in Canva's Editor (focus management, keyboard navigation, live regions, ARIA). Use screen readers daily to test and debug, collaborate with engineers and designers to embed accessibility into architecture, identify systemic accessibility gaps, and guide teams to ship accessible features.
