Lead commercial strategy and sourcing across marketing and business services categories. Execute negotiations, build category strategies, manage contract pipelines and renewals, drive supplier consolidation and cost optimisation, partner with Legal/Finance/Risk, embed with stakeholders, and develop scalable sourcing processes and playbooks.

Own briefs, vendors, budgets, timelines and on-the-ground delivery while building scalable systems, playbooks and cross‑regional alignment. Act as both hands-on production lead and operational backbone, partnering with global Vibe leads and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent, locally relevant experiences.

Lead Canva's GenAI localisation program: coordinate cross-functional teams, design large-scale evaluation operations (human + automated), manage labellers and vendors, build dashboards and tooling, analyze localisation quality data, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
