Provide in-house legal support across the Hassell group, focusing on drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and project contracts, advising on disputes, risk management, and mentoring a junior team member across Australian and international operations.

Partner with studio leaders to deliver generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance and development, employee relations, engagement, D&I, compliance with Australian employment law, and people-focused initiatives to sustain an inclusive, high-performing studio culture.
