Lead performance marketing for a fast-growing DTC brand across email/SMS, paid media, CRO, SEO, and Shopify optimization. Design and scale automated campaigns, run A/B/CRO experiments, manage paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google), drive technical SEO and backlink strategies, coordinate cross-functional reporting, and optimise the martech stack to increase revenue and engagement.

Support procurement, logistics, inventory management, demand forecasting, and retail fulfillment. Coordinate with co-manufacturers, 3PLs, warehouses, marketing, sales, and finance.
