Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of growth-focused travel products. Manage the full product lifecycle from identifying customer problems through delivery, measurement, and optimization. Collaborate with engineering, commercial, finance, marketing, and design teams, translate complex concepts into technical requirements, define success metrics, and use experimentation and customer insights to drive outcomes. AI product experience, SQL, and statistical analysis of A/B tests are beneficial.

Manages tourism board partnerships by driving new business, growing revenue, securing cooperative marketing investment, and negotiating high-value agreements. Develops tailored proposals, commercializes company media and digital assets, monitors travel market trends, and builds long-term relationships with tourism boards, destination marketing organizations, agencies, and travel businesses. Collaborates with internal teams to deliver campaigns and represents the company at industry events.

Design, develop, and maintain APIs and microservices in a cross-functional team. Apply agile, TDD, and CI/CD practices, monitor system reliability, resolve issues, and provide technical leadership and mentorship while ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Drive product initiatives from ideation to launch to support global expansion. Define strategy to increase conversion and margin, translate strategy into requirements and prototypes, manage agile delivery, run experiments and A/B tests, analyze product metrics, and collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams.

Build and ship high-quality React frontend features to improve the booking journey, run A/B tests and experiments, optimize performance, reliability and accessibility, integrate with microservices/REST APIs, use AI-augmented tools, contribute to CI/CD and testing, and mentor teammates.
