Provide first-line technical support for APAC financial software clients, troubleshoot and reproduce issues, manage support tickets and client environments, and coordinate fixes with global R&D. Support presales and implementation teams, perform Java development and code reviews, optimize performance, manage cloud resources, execute migrations, and handle software installations and upgrades. Document product knowledge and coordinate daily APAC support operations.

Provide first-line technical support for NeoXam's SaaS products during Australian business hours; triage and resolve tickets end-to-end, troubleshoot Java applications and databases, monitor AWS-based deployments, manage cloud resources and EKS, perform installations/upgrades, support migrations and onboarding, collaborate with R&D and global teams, and assist pre-sales and implementation efforts.
