Lead and scale Afterpay’s Australia and New Zealand SMB and Franchise sales organization across BDR, inbound, outbound, and complex franchise motions. Own revenue strategy, sales processes, forecasting, pipeline health, deal execution, merchant acquisition, and cross-functional partnerships. Develop leaders and sales talent, improve scalable playbooks, shape ideal customer profiles and value propositions, negotiate with senior decision-makers, and represent merchant needs internally while driving performance and revenue growth.
