As a Technical Support Engineer at Snyk, you'll engage with customers daily, addressing inquiries, reproducing and resolving issues, and collaborating with the engineering team for technical escalations. You'll also manage customer expectations and contribute to improving support processes and documentation, shaping best practices in technical support while possibly transitioning to a developer role over time.
