In this role, the manager will lead a team of Solutions Engineers, acting as a technical advisor, fostering partnerships, managing projects, and driving customer integrations with Notion's tools while shaping the Solutions Engineering function within the company.

Plan and execute market-level field and community marketing programs across A/NZ, focusing on in-person and digital events. Own end-to-end event delivery, community building, cross-functional coordination with sales and customer success, and program measurement to drive customer engagement and business value.

Lead APAC integrated campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement: adapt global launches for APAC, create original campaigns, manage content production and localization (especially Japan), deliver sales enablement, partner with regional teams, and establish AI-driven campaign operations while reporting performance and insights.

Own the post-sale lifecycle for named accounts: onboarding, AI adoption, value delivery, renewals and expansion. Run hands-on AI workshops, develop success plans and playbooks, build internal champions, conduct business reviews with senior stakeholders, partner with AEs on growth, and share customer insights with Product. Help define and scale Customer Success at Notion. Role requires in-person attendance on three anchor days in Sydney.

As an Account Executive, you will manage the sales cycle, build relationships with stakeholders, achieve sales targets, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive business growth across APAC.
