Build account plans, engage executive stakeholders, manage territory campaigns and channels, forecast sales, use Salesforce/Clari, and travel up to 50% to support adoption and expand Jamf in commercial accounts.

Operate and improve production services by implementing SLOs, error budgets, observability, automation, tooling, and technical documentation. Investigate incidents across application, data, infrastructure, and network layers; participate in on-call support; improve performance and eliminate toil using automation and AI agents. Collaborate across engineering, product, customer success, and support teams, provide technical escalation, mentor engineers, and contribute to reliability design and shared AI practices.
