Sell Procore to SMB construction companies through outbound prospecting and demos. Manage pipeline, qualify leads, negotiate and close new accounts, maintain accurate CRM records, meet monthly/quarterly ARR and services targets, and report forecasts using Gong.

Consult with construction customers to drive adoption of Procore through training, workflow optimisation, solution architecture, and product feedback. Deliver webinars and in-person training, mentor team members, collaborate with Product and Marketing on localised improvements, and support customer success with industry best practices. Up to 30% travel to sites and events.

Generate new business opportunities for Procore by prospecting construction professionals via phone, email, and other channels. Work with Account Executives and sales management to achieve quotas, maintain Salesforce records, perform pre-call research, high-volume outreach, and nurture leads while improving processes and tools.
