Drive new revenue and account expansion across mid-market territories by selling Elastic’s Search AI, observability, and security solutions. Build pipeline, conduct discovery, manage complex sales cycles, develop territory plans, negotiate contracts, forecast accurately, and position technical capabilities against customer business outcomes. Partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps while engaging both technical stakeholders and executives.

Lead enterprise observability consulting engagements using Elastic and related platforms. Assess customer needs, design architectures, create roadmaps, oversee implementations, optimize data and clusters, conduct migrations and audits, and resolve complex platform issues. Lead workshops, mentor consultants, advise C-level stakeholders, support presales, manage strategic accounts, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Support. Requires deep observability, cloud, Linux, networking, automation, scripting, and consulting experience.

Serve as technical presales lead for Elastic in the assigned territory: advise sales and partners, design solutions using Elastic products, drive customer discovery to technical wins, enable partners, represent Elastic at events, and relay customer feedback to product teams. Travel ~30% regionally and occasionally internationally.

Build pipeline through prospecting, events, and account penetration; manage complex sales cycles; position Elastic’s search, observability, security, and AI solutions; engage executive and technical stakeholders; conduct discovery and qualification; develop territory plans; forecast accurately; and collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps.

Build and operate large-scale, multi-cloud infrastructure supporting Elastic Cloud. Responsibilities include developing automation software and internal tools in Golang, managing Linux hosts and containerized workloads, improving observability and reliability, participating in on-call rotations, handling incidents and postmortems, contributing to code reviews and documentation, and mentoring teammates.
