The Business Development Representative will prospect territory accounts to support Autodesk's sales teams, build a customer pipeline, and manage leads in Salesforce.com.

Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies for targeted enterprise accounts in ANZ. Partner with sales teams to drive executive engagement, customer relationships, software adoption, pipeline, and revenue. Lead high-complexity technical engagements for enterprise accounts: run discovery, design multi-solution architectures, develop Customer Technical Vision, advise stakeholders, drive expansion, coordinate cross-functional teams, and represent Autodesk externally.

Lead Hong Kong sales team: hire, coach, set quotas, build pipeline, manage forecasts, collaborate cross-functionally, support channel partners, leverage CRM and Autodesk methodologies, and develop long-term customer relationships to meet sales goals.

The role focuses on technical sales of Autodesk's Emerging Technologies, involving customer discovery, demonstrations, pilot support, and collaboration with sales teams and partners.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise AEC customers: architect and validate complex Autodesk solutions, lead demos, pilots and proof‑of‑concepts, support proposals, quantify ROI, build reusable demo assets, mentor junior specialists, and collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams to align technical solutions to business outcomes.

Lead architecture and technical strategy for a data interoperability connector platform and SDK. Write production code, drive cross-team technical decisions, improve developer productivity, ensure reliability, lead incidents, act as Product Owner when needed, and mentor technical leaders across the domain.

The Senior Sales Specialist will break into new manufacturing accounts, manage the full sales cycle, and expand Fusion's market presence. Key responsibilities include prospecting, negotiating, and leading discussions with clients to drive adoption of Autodesk's Fusion platform.

Lead complex enterprise technical engagements: conduct discovery, architect multi-solution proposals, develop Customer Technical Vision, drive expansion opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and serve as primary technical advisor to align Autodesk solutions with business objectives.
