Leads APJ MDR operations within a global 24/7 security service. Responsibilities include managing team leads and analysts, ensuring staffing and service-level performance, overseeing triage and investigation quality, handling escalations and major incidents, developing operational readiness, improving workflows through data and automation, and coordinating with threat intelligence, detection engineering, incident response, product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.

Investigates and responds to malware, ransomware, and other cyber incidents for MDR customers. Performs forensic analysis, containment, documentation, threat analysis, and technical reporting across endpoint and network environments. Communicates with customers, supports remediation, identifies attacker tactics, and collaborates with detection engineering, threat hunting, SophosLabs, and MDR operations teams to improve detection and response quality.
