Serve as the primary technical partner for large healthcare customers to drive adoption, manage complex technical implementations and upgrades, coordinate cross-functional teams, triage escalations with R&D/Product, deliver advanced training and documentation, capture customer feedback for product roadmaps, and ensure retention and expansion.
