Support platform engineering and implementation for Targeting Systems including system build, configuration, environment setup, ICT deployments, and knowledge sharing with customers and stakeholders. Work across on-premise and cloud hosting environments while maintaining ICT security engineering standards.

Provide integration engineering services for Targeting Systems, enabling system integration, data exchange, and interoperability. Administer and maintain systems and environments to support implementation, integration and ongoing operations for Targeting Systems. Perform monitoring, patching, environment management and ensure secure, stable ICT operations. Communicate and share knowledge with customers and stakeholders.

Perform systems integration and engineering tasks for Targeting Systems: requirements analysis, solution design, interface and interoperability work, and knowledge transfer to customers and stakeholders.

Provide system administration, configuration, maintenance, and operational support for implemented ICT/targeting solutions in secure environments; apply ITIL-based support practices and share knowledge with stakeholders.

Manage and administer enterprise database platforms for targeting systems, including performance tuning, backups and recovery, security controls, and stakeholder knowledge sharing.

Produce and maintain project and technical documentation, governance artifacts, and reports to support IMD delivery, configuration management, and decision-making. Ensure documentation control, apply configuration management practices, and share knowledge with customers and stakeholders. Use MS Office and document management platforms to manage and deliver authoritative project documentation.
