The role requires selling cloud solutions to C-level executives, expertise in planning applications, high-velocity sales-cycle management, account planning, strategic positioning, and strong communication.

Lead integration architecture and delivery for Workday Student implementations in higher education. Advise customers and partners, define integration strategies, design scalable data flows and security models, resolve technical challenges, and provide assurance throughout the implementation lifecycle. Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, architects, technical teams, and vendors across student records, admissions, financial aid, identity management, learning systems, analytics, and third-party applications.

Lead data conversion for Workday Student implementations across the full project lifecycle. Responsibilities include defining conversion approaches, analyzing legacy student data, mapping and transforming data, managing mock loads and validation, resolving data-quality issues, supporting testing and cutover, and coordinating production deployment. The consultant leads customer workshops, communicates risks, mentors others, and collaborates with project managers, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver accurate student data conversions.

Lead multiple enterprise Workday implementation engagements from post-sale initiation through completion. Own scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, risks, change control, governance, and customer satisfaction. Serve as the primary escalation point for executive stakeholders, coordinate functional and technical delivery teams, manage financials and resources, support presales and follow-on work, mentor project members, and improve engagement management practices.

Facilitate requirements sessions, explain complex concepts to stakeholders, apply implementation best practices, and support successful deployments across HCM, Payroll, Financials, Supply Chain, or Student domains.

Lead design, development, and deployment of HCM reporting and analytics solutions (Workday, Prism, People Analytics). Advise clients on analytics strategy, troubleshoot reporting issues, mentor team members, and deliver high-quality, multi-country implementations.
