Provide customer-facing technical service across New England/Northern NSW for Philips medical equipment. Perform installation, commissioning, corrective and preventative maintenance, software/hardware upgrades, and technical escalations. Support sales lifecycle, minimize downtime, maintain stakeholder communication, and participate in ongoing training and on-call duties.

Promote CT products across Australia, support sales and account managers, provide clinical/technical support, deliver presentations and training, develop customer relationships, and assist in product launches and trade shows to grow CT business.
