Partner with senior sales leadership to drive productivity and effectiveness for AUNZ sales: resource planning, GTM analysis, reporting, quota setting, process optimization, sales program and compensation design, tooling implementation, and performance insights to scale the sales organization.

Lead Stripe’s APAC relationships with strategic payment advisory firms. Build scalable partner engagement programs, develop thought leadership and enablement, coordinate internal experts, define success metrics and incentives, and present Stripe payment solutions. Drive inclusion in relevant RFPs and consideration sets, execute partner business reviews, develop commercial opportunities, and achieve business development targets through advisor partnerships.

Manage and expand a named portfolio of upper-middle-market and enterprise platform accounts. Own the full consultative sales cycle, build C-level relationships, develop outbound strategies, negotiate bespoke agreements, and lead complex product workshops and financial analyses. Partner with Engineering, Product, and Finance to support customer outcomes, refine sales processes, inform product strategy, and forecast sales performance.

Sell Stripe Money Management products (Payouts, Issuing, Treasury, Capital, FX) to enterprise and high-growth accounts across ANZ. Own full commercial cycle, build territory plan, generate pipeline, lead executive-level negotiations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to close complex multi-product deals. Provide market feedback to influence product and GTM strategy.

Perform outbound and inbound prospecting via calls, email, and social channels to book meetings, qualify leads, research prospects, maintain CRM records (Salesforce), meet SLAs, and collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives to build pipeline.

Sell and expand Stripe Billing within existing and prospective customers. Drive revenue and upsells, lead technical and commercial negotiations, collaborate with product/marketing, relay customer feedback, and execute go-to-market strategy to meet targets.

Serve as a technical, enterprise-facing partner to large Stripe customers: build trust, lead integration and operational conversations, troubleshoot technical issues, create user-facing content, collaborate cross-functionally to optimize fraud, disputes, declines, product adoption, and global expansion, and design and scale the Technical Account Manager offering.
