Design and architect end-to-end unified communications solutions (voice, meetings, messaging, contact centre). Provide hands-on technical presales support, align with vendor engineering teams, maintain vendor certifications, build partner-ready packaged offerings, and create reusable deployment guides and integration patterns.

Serve as the technical face of the Microsoft practice: design and present Modern Work, Security, and Copilot solutions; run envisioning workshops and webinars; enable and mentor reseller partners; drive partner programs, funded engagements, and certifications across ANZ.
