Manage and develop a team of Customer Success Managers while overseeing strategic enterprise accounts. Drive renewals, upsells, cross-sells, revenue retention, and complex contract negotiations. Serve as executive sponsor for key clients, build relationships with CISOs and IT leaders, coach team members, support strategic deals, mitigate churn, and ensure customers realize value from Tenable’s cybersecurity platform. The role requires strong commercial, operational, leadership, communication, and cybersecurity expertise, with up to 25% travel.
