Own implementations from solution design through go-live, support pre-sales, guide architecture and testing, and drive cross-functional alignment while advocating product improvements and sharing best practices.

Lead and grow card and local payment partnerships across Australia and New Zealand. Own partner prioritization, negotiations, QBRs, incentives, escalation management, and joint product/co-marketing initiatives. Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, analytics, and merchant teams to drive adoption, provide market insights, and execute commercial programs that meet strategic goals.

Advise on Australian and New Zealand payments regulation; monitor legislative developments; drive regulatory strategy; operationalise regulatory requirements; manage filings and stakeholder engagement; support product launches and regulatory requests.
