Drive customer value through technical guidance, onboarding, training, issue resolution, platform adoption, account health checks, and Quarterly Business Reviews. Serve as the technical customer ambassador and subject matter expert in SaaS and cloud security, collaborating with engineering, product, and sales. The role requires onsite work at a customer location in Sydney two to three days per week.
