Troubleshoots terminal, gateway, transaction, settlement, fraud, and integration issues; manages cases within SLAs; and resolves complex problems. Collaborates with internal teams, supports onboarding and training, identifies recurring issues, maintains documentation, contributes to knowledge resources, and helps improve retention, product adoption, and operational performance.
