Design, build, operate, and maintain critical distributed cloud systems for Grafana Loki and related observability databases. Own system reliability, performance, and availability; deliver projects from ideation through customer operations; contribute to open-source projects; participate in on-call rotations; mentor teammates; and collaborate on technical designs and roadmap decisions.

Own technical success for a portfolio of Grafana customers by designing observability architectures, guiding implementation and adoption, troubleshooting complex issues, conducting technical reviews, and developing customer roadmaps. Build strategic relationships with engineers and architects, deliver training and documentation, identify optimization and expansion opportunities, represent customer needs internally, and collaborate with account, engineering, and product teams.

Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new commercial customers across South Australia. Manage full sales cycle (prospecting, demos, POCs, proposals, negotiations), meet sales targets, use Salesforce to manage pipeline and forecasts, hand off customers to Growth, and articulate technical value of Grafana Cloud/Enterprise to stakeholders.
