Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and pipeline generation through negotiation and close. Build strategic account plans, engage senior stakeholders, navigate complex buying processes, deliver customer-centered technology solutions, maintain accurate forecasts, and develop long-term enterprise relationships. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams while using data and Canva’s Visual Suite to create compelling customer narratives and materials.

Responsibilities include developing high-performing teams, improving onboarding and device/access management, applying AI and automation, measuring service quality, managing risks, representing IT with executive stakeholders, and ensuring critical initiatives remain on track. The role requires strategic leadership, operational expertise, commercial judgment, and the ability to connect technology investments to business outcomes.

Lead Canva-wide evaluation strategy for multimodal generative AI across design, image, video, audio, and agentic workflows. Develop reliable human-preference evaluations, auto-raters, MLLM judges, reward signals, benchmarks, and production monitoring. Connect metrics to user and business outcomes, identify bias and contamination, establish launch gates, diagnose regressions, partner with model teams, mentor researchers and engineers, and represent Canva’s evaluation practice externally.

Own Canva’s native build and release infrastructure across iOS and Android. Lead Bazel build architecture, React Native bundling and codegen, mobile CI/CD, staged and OTA releases, and migration into the monorepo. Set cross-platform technical direction, improve build and release reliability, establish quality gates and monitoring, align multiple platform teams, and mentor engineers. The role provides foundational tooling used by teams shipping Canva’s mobile applications.

Own end-to-end production of locally relevant graphics, illustration, and motion content. Provide creative direction, feedback, and work allocation; shape AI-assisted workflows; use data and market insights to identify content opportunities; translate strategy into production plans; ensure asset quality, metadata, and discoverability; and collaborate with regional, platform, and operations teams to scale culturally relevant content.
