Lead pre- and post-sale campaign execution for New Zealand clients: build media plans, support RFPs, manage launches, monitor delivery and performance, troubleshoot with Ad Ops, provide reporting, and coordinate billing while maintaining deep product and targeting knowledge.

Lead strategic agency and media rep relationships for Netflix Ads in New Zealand, drive adoption of ad products, optimize operational workflows, oversee sales performance and pipeline, collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaign delivery, and negotiate long-term commercial agreements to grow revenue.

Lead and mentor the character modeling team to create high‑quality 3D character assets that match the director and art director's vision. Ensure models meet artistic standards and technical pipeline requirements for Rigging, Surfacing, CFX, and Animation. Provide feedback, collaborate across departments, support tooling/workflows, advise production on asset complexity and schedules, and foster an inclusive team culture.

Create and refine composited shots for animated feature films by combining render layers, developing looks with Lighting and Production Design, building scalable look setups, troubleshooting pipelines, mentoring junior artists, and collaborating under deadlines to ensure consistent, high-quality color and visual continuity across sequences.
