The Category Development Manager develops category and shopper strategies for key retail customers. Responsibilities include assortment, pricing, promotion, space management, merchandising, category planning, shopper insight analysis, retailer growth recommendations, customer selling stories, and training Sales and distributor teams. The role uses market and shopper data to support Off Premise commercial strategy and works closely with Sales and Trade Marketing.

Develop and maintain an 18-month consensus demand plan using statistical models; align forecasts with Sales, Marketing and Finance; manage supply planning, inventory, SKU lifecycle, interstate stock movements and co-packing; maintain APO/IBP master data and settings; report forecast and supply risks, drive KPI improvements, and support S&OP and continuous improvement initiatives.

Own a geographic territory to drive distribution, in-store availability and promotional execution of Red Bull products across retail and convenience accounts. Build customer relationships, convert new leads, execute Perfect Store standards and merchandising, meet sales targets, and collaborate with third-party partners to expand distribution and share of space.
