Manages the full customer renewal lifecycle, including renewal planning, customer engagement, quotations, forecasting, purchase orders, contracts, and churn reduction. Achieves renewal quotas, maintains Salesforce records, identifies cross-sell and upsell opportunities, resolves renewal risks, and collaborates with Sales, Customer Success, and channel partners. Provides renewal reporting and supports process improvements while managing a complex portfolio of enterprise accounts and executive stakeholder relationships.

Provide advanced technical support for enterprise SCADA environments serving critical infrastructure customers. Responsibilities include resolving complex software, integration, communications, and performance issues; leading root-cause investigations; supporting installations, upgrades, migrations, and commissioning; troubleshooting HMI, alarms, databases, historians, and communications; validating fixes with development teams; documenting solutions; and advising customers. Occasional client-site travel is required.
