Act as local MLRO coordinating AML/CTF, sanctions compliance, and suspicious transaction reporting. Develop and manage local compliance frameworks and policies. Advise senior stakeholders on risk from new business initiatives and regulatory changes. Report to Group Head of Compliance and partner with C-suite on global initiatives.

Execute day-to-day marketing across social, content, lifecycle, and campaigns. Support campaign planning, content publishing, lifecycle communications, QA/scheduling, basic reporting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely, consistent campaign execution.

Create, film, and edit short-form social content (Reels, Shorts, Stories); publish and repurpose across channels; design lightweight assets; track trends and basic metrics; support community engagement and UGC coordination.
