Coordinate end-to-end tender and proposal submissions, liaise with Sales, Technical, Legal, Product and Services teams, prepare and format responses, monitor tender portals, manage timelines and bid documentation, organise review meetings, track bid performance, and support sales administration while continuously improving bid processes and templates.

Manage a portfolio of SaaS implementation projects from kick-off to go-live. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, budgets, timelines and risks, build trusted customer relationships, drive governance and commercial outcomes, and continuously improve delivery practices for customers across Australia, New Zealand and other regions.

Provide phone, email and remote technical support to government customers; troubleshoot and recreate issues in test environments; liaise with Development, Product and Customer Success; participate in customer meetings, prepare reports, and continuously build technical knowledge.
