Lead and execute editorial-led ad creative and strategy for publisher-driven, performance-focused campaigns. Write thumb-stopping copy, develop concepts, test and optimise creative across paid channels, collaborate with publishers, designers and performance teams, and establish creative best practices and libraries to drive conversions and revenue.

Own and improve AWS and Cloudflare infrastructure, security posture, cost optimisation, observability, and operational reliability. Lead Vanta/compliance efforts, IAM, secrets, logging, backups, and incident response. Automate infrastructure via IaC (CDK/Terraform/Pulumi), integrate AI tooling for IaC and workflows, and produce documentation and runbooks to help engineering ship safely and efficiently.
