Build identity and application integrations, automate onboarding, guide identity engineers, analyze requirements, and ensure traceability across design, testing, and delivery. Build C-level relationships, develop account and opportunity strategies, identify and close complex opportunities, coordinate partners and internal teams, forecast sales in Salesforce, and position connectivity, network transformation, security, managed services, and professional services solutions.

Supports Telstra Enterprise’s Mobility portfolio strategy through roadmap planning, market and customer insight analysis, cross-functional alignment, innovation initiatives, portfolio reporting, and executive decision support. The role partners with Product, Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Strategy teams to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and guide future enterprise mobility propositions.

Manage governance, compliance, performance, and commercial relationships for Field Services suppliers across Telstra. Monitor contractual KPIs, HSE requirements, supplier risk, assurance, and reporting; lead governance meetings; support sourcing, onboarding, assessments, and continuous improvement. Act as an escalation point for contractual and commercial matters while coordinating with Procurement, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers to strengthen supplier relationship management and contract outcomes.
