Sets technical standards, oversees model development and production maintenance, establishes governance, monitors performance and fairness, and translates analytical outputs into business decisions. Partners with senior stakeholders and Product Owners to identify valuable opportunities, prioritizes work, evaluates commercial and operational impact, and supports financial crime, efficiency, and regulatory objectives.

Provide end-to-end, high-quality financial planning and complex advice to members, including high-net-worth clients. Drive business development, deliver seminars and client education, maintain governance and compliance, mentor associate advisers, and contribute to advice innovation and efficiency (including AI tools).
