Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and business teams; develop scalable and maintainable technical solutions; participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies; improve platform performance and reliability; and explore AI technologies that enhance customer outcomes, processes, and engineering productivity.

Leads credit quality assurance reviews, identifies policy breaches and process gaps, and owns credit risk, underwriting, and product policy. The role analyzes policy-change impacts, resolves underwriting queries, incorporates regulatory developments, supports audits, partners with Product and Credit teams, and coaches team members.

Manage warm leads from broker partners and direct customers, guiding loan proposals from initial inquiry through settlement. Build relationships with brokers and Australian small businesses, coordinate internal loan approvals, and maintain a fast-moving sales pipeline. The role requires B2B telephone sales experience, strong communication, multitasking, commercial awareness, and the ability to develop customer relationships. Business lending and fintech or financial services experience are desirable.

Build and maintain infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring for a scalable event-driven microservice platform. Optimize database performance (MongoDB/Postgres), manage Docker/Kubernetes environments, and support emerging MLOps and agentic AI infrastructure.
