As a Customer Enablement Specialist, you'll provide exceptional support, resolve complex issues, collaborate with various teams, and build processes for customer success.

Build and scale certification-based enablement programs for Customer Success across onboarding, adoption, renewal and expansion. Partner cross-functionally to operationalize CS workflows, drive product launch and release readiness, and create documentation, frameworks, and metrics that improve adoption, retention, and expansion across APJ.

Serve as the primary technical escalation and continuity lead for strategic legal-AI accounts: own technical blueprints, lead Sev1/Sev2 incident response, define escalation and account-health frameworks, drive adoption and enablement, coordinate cross-team resolutions, and partner with CSMs on business outcomes.
