Coordinate and support leadership development, coaching, talent review, and OD programs. Manage logistics, communications, data and survey administration, participant engagement, reporting, and process improvement across learning systems and HRIS.

Lead design and delivery of a scalable, governed cloud data platform (lakehouse/medallion) including ELT pipelines, AI/ML-ready data products, knowledge graphs and vector stores; drive data quality, governance, architecture standards and stakeholder collaboration across clinical and business teams.

Partner with leaders to design, deliver and evaluate organisational development and leadership initiatives, including surveys, analytics, workshops, coaching, succession planning, and capability-building across the organisation.
