Support the Turnaround & Restructuring practice delivering restructuring, debt advisory, M&A and insolvency engagements. Work on voluntary administrations, receiverships, business sales in insolvency, statutory compliance, and prepare client and statutory reports. Build financial models, cash flow forecasts and estimated outcome statements, and assist with pitches under senior guidance.

Lead end-to-end M&A and debt transaction execution, mentor junior staff, manage senior client relationships, originate deals, and collaborate on cross-border transactions to grow the practice.
