As a Core Ticketing Analyst, you will monitor and maintain the uptime of Ticketmaster’s ticketing systems, responding to system alerts, facilitating support handovers, and collaborating on tool implementations for improved processes. You will also document issues, assist in product rollouts, and contribute to knowledgebase expansion while adhering to operational policies.
