Responsibilities include developing go-to-market plans, analysing markets, building sales pipelines, forecasting opportunities, managing strategic customer and partner relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver compliant solutions. The role requires strong technical knowledge of LV electrical systems, commercial judgment, stakeholder engagement, and business development expertise.

Lead sales and business development across Australia for utility-scale solar, BESS, and hydrogen projects. Develop market strategy, identify and qualify prospects, build sales pipelines, manage customer and partner relationships, negotiate high-value contracts, and achieve growth targets for renewable power conversion products and services. The role requires extensive renewable energy sales experience, regional market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and familiarity with solar inverters, BESS converters, hydrogen rectifiers, and power stations.

Owns end-to-end commercial performance for ABB Motion’s APAC NEMA Motors region, including regional strategy, market development, sales, customer relationships, P&L, orders, delivery, invoicing, and collections. Leads distributed sales teams, manages channel partners, provides market and portfolio intelligence, identifies growth and acquisition opportunities, and drives regional sales plans, profitability, and performance improvements across multiple countries.
