The Business Process Manager will map, model, document, and improve critical business processes using BPMN 2.0 and SAP Signavio. The role connects processes with risks, controls, data, and technology; maintains the process repository; develops process management standards; and supports continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. Own growth, retention and commercial success for a portfolio of strategic merchant partners. Develop and execute account strategies, lead commercial negotiations, build C-suite relationships, drive product adoption, run business reviews, monitor market trends, and partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable improvements and commercial outcomes.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for decisioning, credit risk, fraud and customer identity platforms.
