Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through evaluation, negotiation, and close. Build strategic relationships with executive, technical, procurement, legal, security, fraud, and IT stakeholders. Develop account plans, deliver tailored demonstrations and proofs of concept with Solutions Engineering, navigate complex procurement and security reviews, meet revenue targets, and maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline forecasts.

Acquire new commercial customers and manage the full SaaS sales cycle from prospecting through closing. Build pipeline through outbound, inbound, and partner channels; understand cybersecurity and digital fraud challenges; deliver demonstrations and negotiate contracts. Develop relationships with security, fraud, brand protection, IT, and executive stakeholders. Maintain accurate Salesforce records, forecasts, and customer information while partnering with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership to meet revenue targets.

Provide technical onboarding, implementation, configuration, training, demos, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform guidance for direct customers. Configure APIs, integrations, and monitoring workflows; partner with Customer Success, Support, Security Operations, Engineering, Product, and Documentation teams. Manage multiple customer issues, explain technical concepts to nontechnical users, and build product expertise toward future Technical Account Manager or Solutions Engineer opportunities.

Serves as the primary technical liaison between Bolster, a channel partner, and enterprise customers. Navigates tiered support models, handles escalations, supports onboarding and integrations, trains users, configures monitoring and takedown workflows, and identifies adoption opportunities. Partners with Customer Success, product, sales, and support teams to resolve issues, improve documentation, and expand platform usage across digital-risk and brand-protection use cases.

Partner with Sales as a customer-facing technical advisor throughout the sales cycle. Conduct discovery, product demonstrations, workshops, technical evaluations, integrations, and proof-of-value engagements. Translate customer requirements into platform solutions, troubleshoot issues, explain deployment and security considerations, and communicate technical value to business and technical audiences. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success on feedback and implementation handoffs while creating reusable technical resources and staying current on cybersecurity and digital fraud trends.
