Lead post-sale customer success for Corporate Lending customers, driving adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Develop and execute success plans, monitor usage and health metrics, deliver enablement and executive reviews, manage escalations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and leverage digital and AI-driven programs to scale engagement and identify upsell opportunities.
