Partner with hiring managers, maintain ATS data, track recruitment metrics, ensure compliance with local laws and data privacy, leverage recruiting systems and market insights, and provide strategic talent advisory to HR and business stakeholders.

Lead regional marketing for the Electrophysiology portfolio across APAC, translating global strategy into localized brand plans, launches, and multi-channel campaigns. Partner with cross-functional teams, support affiliates with toolkits and training, manage agencies, engage KOLs, measure campaign ROI, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor junior staff to drive adoption and commercial performance.
