Lead pricing strategy and insights across Australia and New Zealand by analyzing pricing performance, modeling financial scenarios, evaluating margins and P&L impacts, supporting tenders and commercial proposals, and identifying profitability opportunities. The role partners with sales, finance, supply chain, operations, and customer service teams to strengthen pricing governance, standardize processes, improve reporting, and support commercially sound decisions.

Coordinates allocation, delivery, installation, distribution, and retrieval of capital equipment such as hospital beds and surgical tables. Collaborates with service technicians, supply planning, sales, warehouses, freight providers, and third-party logistics partners to fulfill orders and support customers. Responsibilities include stock allocation, stakeholder communication, data analysis, process improvement, project coordination, and resolving customer experience challenges.
