Own end-to-end customer lifecycle for upmarket APAC accounts: lead implementations and onboarding, drive adoption and customer health, build strategic relationships, troubleshoot configurable product setups, and partner cross-functionally to realize long-term customer value.

Provide technical support for Ashby customers by diagnosing and resolving integration, API, and product issues; analyze logs and patterns to drive product improvements; create documentation and enablement materials; collaborate with engineering and support to escalate and resolve complex problems while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Provide day-to-day technical support for a complex B2B SaaS product: troubleshoot integrations, reproduce and isolate issues, communicate clearly to varied audiences, escalate when needed, and work on internal projects to improve support workflows and automation. Collaborate with Engineering and take ownership of tickets while onboarding rapidly.
