Translate client requirements into technical solutions, collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on roadmap decisions, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide client engineering teams through APIs, specifications, and architecture documentation. The role requires substantial travel across Australia, New Zealand, and occasionally internationally.
