Lead and deliver SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance & Controlling engagements, facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops, provide principal-level functional expertise, manage senior stakeholders, mentor consultants, contribute to governance and risk management, scope upcoming implementations, and travel as required across Australia.

Provide hands-on SAP FICO functional support within AMS engagements: manage incidents, triage and resolve customer queries, perform configuration, testing and documentation in SAP ECC and S/4HANA Private Cloud, improve support processes, meet SLAs, and produce client-facing reporting on ticket status and resolutions.

Lead end-to-end design and delivery of SAP Private Cloud ERP solutions (greenfield and brownfield). Translate business requirements into scalable SAP architectures, provide technical/functional leadership from pre-sales to Aftercare, mentor consultants, and keep solutions aligned with SAP best practices and product roadmaps (S/4HANA, BTP).
