Lead end-to-end delivery of regulatory and strategic financial risk initiatives across Risk, Data, Technology, and business teams. Responsibilities include planning, governance, executive reporting, dependency and risk management, regulatory assurance, stakeholder engagement, business change, implementation readiness, and transition to business-as-usual. The role requires strong project ownership and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex banking environments.

Manage liquidity and funding risk within ING’s Market Risk team. Responsibilities include enhancing risk frameworks and appetite, designing and analyzing liquidity stress tests, reporting to senior management and regulators, independently challenging risk practices, and partnering with Treasury and business stakeholders. The role requires strong knowledge of banking liquidity risk, treasury risk, APRA standards, prudential requirements, and quantitative analysis.

Lead platform reliability and DevOps initiatives across Azure, Kubernetes, Kafka, Pega, middleware, and hybrid cloud environments. Manage platform optimization, automation, monitoring, observability, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, upgrades, migrations, incident response, and root cause analysis. Embed security and operational controls, partner with engineering and security teams, and mentor engineers while driving platform standards, resilience, scalability, and continuous improvement.

Coordinates creative request intake, prioritization, resource planning, workflow tracking, briefing, and delivery for an internal creative studio. Advises stakeholders on brand identity, coordinates brand governance and communications reviews, and improves workflows, reporting, templates, and approved digital tools. Partners with brand, marketing, design, copywriting, and corporate affairs teams in a regulated environment.

Manage complex AFCA and external dispute resolution matters involving scams, disputed transactions, and customer complaints. Investigate evidence, review transactions and processes, prepare written submissions and responses, support vulnerable customers, and deliver fair outcomes. The role also identifies complaint trends, systemic issues, and operational risks to improve customer experiences and business processes.

Provides second-line oversight, challenge, and guidance across technology, information security, cyber, and data risks. Reviews risk assessments, controls, incidents, remediation, and regulatory compliance; conducts thematic reviews and assurance activities; monitors emerging cyber, technology, and AI risks; and advises business and technology stakeholders on transformation and resilience initiatives. Builds relationships with senior stakeholders to strengthen risk governance and culture.

Work within data-led teams to analyze large customer, campaign, and digital datasets, build and optimize SQL queries and analytical tables, measure campaign and digital sales performance, deliver actionable insights and recommendations, and partner with stakeholders to influence customer experience and commercial outcomes.
