Provide administrative support to the Womenswear Strategic Partnerships Product team. Lead womenswear denim design from concept through product completion, shaping commercially successful ranges aligned with trends, brand direction, sustainability, and customer needs. Develop technically strong designs, collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams, analyze sales and margin targets, and mentor designers and assistant designers. Provide category direction, identify market opportunities, and support talent development across the Design team.

Lead River Island’s model and talent casting strategy across campaigns, brand moments, ecommerce, and video content. Build agency relationships, discover emerging talent, organize castings, manage bookings and logistics, negotiate rates, and oversee budgets. Use customer insight, sales performance, model analytics, and industry trends to guide commercially effective casting decisions. Collaborate with Creative, Production, Studio, Brand, and Marketing teams while promoting diversity, inclusion, and authentic representation.

Leads procurement strategy for non-merchandise and indirect spend, including supplier negotiations, commercial savings, governance, data visibility, contract management, and procurement capability building. Partners with senior stakeholders, challenges supplier arrangements, improves processes and tools, and develops the function in a fast-changing retail environment.

Lead creative-first paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and emerging platforms. Develop and execute paid social strategy for UK & Ireland, manage multi-million-pound budgets, run creative testing, optimise performance using data and GA4, collaborate with creative and marketing teams, and report insights to stakeholders to drive traffic, conversions and ROI.

Lead the full product design cycle for girlswear footwear, delivering trend-led, commercial ranges. Drive technical development (fit, engineering, quality), mentor design team members, collaborate with suppliers and buying, and incorporate sustainable practices to meet sales and margin targets.
